What to expect from the A2 listening exam?
The exam lasts 45 minutes.
You will get about 25 questions.
You will listen to short conversations, announcements, and messages.
All questions are multiple-choice (A, B, C, or D).
Listening Strategies
How to best listen to the audio?
Read the question and answers first
Before starting the audio, read the question and the options. This way you know what to pay attention to.
Pay attention to keywords
Listen closely to words like times, days, places, prices, or names.
Don't panic
If you don't understand a word, keep listening to the rest of the sentence. You can often understand the meaning from the context.
